I Start by Becoming Part of Your TeamI believe in working very closely with my clients and becoming part of the client's team for growth. In many cases, I function as a chief financial officer. I work with my clients to develop banking relationships and act as a liaison between the client and other outside advisors. I believe that it is in the client's best interest to develop in-house capabilities to provide much of the accounting and tax compliance work. Of course, I am prepared to supervise this function or to meet any of my clients' needs if in-house staff is not available. My primary focus is, and always will be, to provide the highest level of tax and financial services, without becoming a "necessary evil" to my clients. I strive to work closely with all of my clients -- to understand their needs and goals and to provide advice and assistance as if I "was in their shoes." While this may seem like a cliche, I recognize that many other accounting firms believe that the services they provide are the end product, rather than a necessary part of the much larger goal of success and growth. With this as my goal, I recognize the need to work closely with my clients and to provide my services in a professional and timely manner. I have no desire or intention to become a much larger firm. One of the primary reasons why I left my former firm is that, as the firm continued to expand and grow, I lost personal contact with my cliients. That is what enabled me to service them with the level of dedication to which they became accustomed. Continuous EducationI go through rigorous continuing education to keep abreast of current changes in tax strategy and maintain the highest level of quality control. I am here to provide you with the objective, independent advice you need - now and in the future. Strategic PlanningBut these days, knowledge and expertise are not enough. You need experience and advocacy as well. I can help you develop a strategy and implement its features to achieve your goals. |
